What is the maximum length of time (if any) you should leave a button plug in when you use it for the 1st time
No definite time limit, but I'd recommend to take it out when it begins to feel uncomfortable. And based on my experience it will feel better for longer with oil based lube instead of water based (I use udder balm = vaseline).
Keep pushing it for multiple orgasm
personally I keep them in for as long as possible but will re-lube every 10-15 minutes.

I'm new to the whole anal thing, but recently experimented with the wife and we're toying with getting a butt plug to add a new dimension to our fun.
As a newbie do you really get a lot out of it whilst wearing it for that length of time? I can't imagine wearing one for more than 20-30 mins max.
