A long list of sex acts just got banned in UK porn

This has got to be a hoax, right? Right?

I mean come on... spanking, facesitting, female ejacualtion!? Seriously? Seriously!? It's 2014!

If this is genuine (I still can't quite allow my mind to accept it as such) then I'm disturbed, perplexed and disgusted all at once.

Wow... just, wow.

Good to see that they haven't touched my fetish yet ![](upload://5BDs2y1gm13l2R58ovmAMxyNM3f.gif) They probably don't even know about it yet, so I've got time to make hay.

Mild BDSM and female ejaculation bans are a joke. The restrictions are destined to fail anyway. They'll have to block internet content from other countries for a start.

What about specialist BDSM sites??! My favourite one is British :( GAAAAH. Things like this make me glad I live in a different country now, bloody nanny state.

I can see what they were trying to achieve, ask any teenager in school or college and they will probably say that they have watched porn, and some of them (although the minority I hope) think that this is what sex should be like. Many of the girls that are interviewed have said that some of the boys they have been with have tried acting out porn scenarios.

This is the governments attempt to block this, as it quite clearly is damaging to young impressionalble minds. However, as has been stated you have to pay to see the legal porn that will be affected by this, so people will still find the free porn with the same categories that are currently out there.

I think that most people on this forum have probably dabbled with at least one item on the banned list, I know I have, but this has been with a long term partner and we have a strong trust relationship. I do agree that they have been too strict though, and it will be too hard to enforce. It's just a box ticking exercise to say that they have tried to protect people.

This is ridiculous! I can't believe what stupid notions they are imposing upon people nowadays! Yeah sure, release films like A Serbian Film, Cannibal Holocaust, Human Centipede 2, the Saw franchises, but nope, make facesitting in porn illegal instead! Does this count for lesbian porn too by the way, or just hetero? I hope this is a hoax or joke, it's absurd! Fuming right now, this has made me so angry! They can't tell us what we can and can't watch! *Blows steam out ears*

female ejaculation and facesitting... really!?!

Kinda wrong to single out the female ejaculation, some women can't help it.

i dont undertsand either, surely it takes out a huge part of the market as many guys seem to enjoy this ?!?

My apologies forumers, I read the thread too hastily and thought the government had banned us from watching porn that contained these things... I didn't realise it was just in filming, sorry guys for blowing my top! *blushes and feels a fool*

I still don't think that it is ok to ban female ejaculation in filming, why is male ejaculation any different? A good 70% of porn ends in the man ejaculating on a woman... How is that any different from female ejaculation? I'm soooo confused right now...

I think i must be the only one here who actually agrees with the banning of all of those...

I think the "female ejaculation" is banned because it cannot be proven to be true, plenty of studies have tested the fluid by a range of women who swore and beleived it was ejaculate and found only urine, it's not a widely believed phenomenon and i'm definitely a none beleiver so it's probably lumped in with water sports to cover all bases, as even if it IS real it is often faked in porn by women peeing, half the time its easy to see the liquid is a golden yellow.

Well, it doesn't bother me either way. As far as whether an actress can "help it" or not, they are an actress acting and if they can't they'll need a new job. If an actress couldn't help giggling in serious movie scenes they wouldn't be hired for them, and I think this is the same. It's their job to act and have control over these things.

And remember that some people will agree with this ban, so try not to make them feel bad for that, their point of view is just as valid, it has just been implemented after all.

So when I first heard about this (my boyfriend read about it while he was at work, and informed me when he got home), it's fair to say that I was raging when I found out! And then I knew that someone would have surely posted something about it on here - glad to know I'm not wrong. :)

But this is shocking, absolutely ridiculous - okay, it only affects the production of porn (so far), but it's blatantly an encroachment on sexual freedom. Sure, in some cases, I can understand what is probably the justification for it: to protect young people from being exposed to this kind of thing; however, at the same time, this could actually be damaging to young people. This puts across a message that could be interpreted as: if you like some of these things or fantasise about taking part in these sexual acts, there is something wrong with you.

How can they put a ban on female ejaculation and not male? What if the porn star can't help it? :s

This!! Why make women feel dirty and depraved because their ejaculation is on a banned list? I can understand that there may be some trouble proving it is not pee since they banned that too (though honestly, water sports are hardly dirty either) but come on...we should be allowed to ejaculate visually just like men. Or are cum shots next on the list?! A lot of this list just annoys me. Rather than be sexual beings, we must rein ourselves in and go back to the age of the prude...great!

Actually, a few years ago, there was a legislation that didn't get passed that was trying to ban porn that purported showing female ejaculation, as the people behind the legal act didn't believe that it was anything other than the women urinating. A female porn maker in Britain (I believe; it was a while that I read this) who made porn specifically showing female ejaculation, then went to prove (by getting it analysed in a lab) that what the women were ejaculating was not in fact urine, and the whole thing at the time fell through.

Guess that's why they're covering both female ejaculation and watersports in this new law.

It's ridiculous and disgustingly sexist that it's only female ejaculation; I wonder what justification - if any - they gave for specifically targeting women. Because it's potentially a bit ambiguous? Maybe they don't believe women are supposed to be able to ejaculate?

I'm sorry if anyone feels offended, but this is not sexual freedom nor sexual equality and that just annoys me to no end.

The reason they are giving for female ejaculation being banned is that all the pornagraphic videos they had tested up to that point had shown urination not ejaculation, and had even been sold as urination in countries where there was "no equivalent legal restriction on the use of urine in sex videos" (BBFC 2001), which implies there was already a restriction on this in British made porn? It seems to be that they are just assuming all female ejaculation in porn is urine as it will be easier for them than having to continue testing when for over 10 years they haven't had any that wasn't? I'm sure they will make a statement on it soon

Personally, I don't agree with it. If they want to censor out urine I think they should have to keep testing. If they don't want to keep testing, then they should let all urine through

1 in 5 women in the UK has experienced sexual assault. Using that statistic, one could theoretically argue that a penis can be a weapon of violence. Does that mean they are going to ban all pornography that involves a male performer?

I do understand what they were trying to achieve with this. The porn industry does need a lot more regulation, but not of this kind. It is the same old issue that arises again and again in the UK and US - regulations being constructed and applied by people who really have no familiarity with the subject they're regulating.

This will not change any of the things that genuinely need to be changed about the porn industry, so the real issues will continue to be issues.

I wonder how much government time and taxpayer money went into this nonsensical list of rules.

The substance a woman ejaculates is the same thing any woman does, It just builds up in some and is released in one go, usually near orgasm due to the contractions. You can tell on porn whether it's wee, not just because the colour but the way it comes out, they're totally different things.
VA I understand you'll disagree with this and I get that but urine is actually sterile, and for a good reason, urine cleans the urinary tract preventing infection. I don't understand why they'd banned it yet made no mention of our other excretory product, I'm sure they'll be a fetish for that somewhere on the Internet!

Surly the whole thing has got to be a joke! A bit sexist too if you ask me

My boyfriend made exactly that point when he told me about this, CutieCurious.

any object can be associated with violence. there is a large market for women and men penetrating themselves with obscure objects

I think there is a rational arguement for every ban on the list with the only idiotic ban being that of female ejaculation.

All sexual acts on the list are open to being taken to the extreme and i realise that sex can also be taken to the extreme however banning sexual inercourse penis into vagina from porn production is well....... RIDICULOUS!!!!

Lets put a secnerio into play - a 16 year old male watches porn containing aggressive whipping, abusive degrading language, pentration with an object associated with violence as well as intercourse and watersports.

Now imagine that 16 year old male is dating your 16 year old daughter and they decide to have sex. The 16 year old male acts out his idea of sex from the porn watched previously. Could you imagine your 16 year old daughter being exposed to not only being whipped excessively but verbally abused while doing so and then a metal bar was using to pentrate her and to top it off he pissed all over at the end.......

I think the government are trying to stop these above instances from happening although sensible adults who trust each other can repsect when enough is enough others can't. Do i think its the right approach - No. But i understand the concept and perspective.
