It's really up to you. Different people like different things.
Personally, I think achieving prostate orgasms is a much more psychological thing. Some people are lucky and have them straight away, but from what i've read, a lot more people really need to practice using the toys and getting into the right mental state for sometimes years before they get where they want to be.
One thing i've noticed, though I haven't been able to have a prostate orgasm yet, is if i'm activly trying I get further away, because i'm thinking about what I want to be happening instead of enjoying what is currently happening.
