Advice from members on Viagra

Can anyone tell me if they have tried any prescription medication other than viagra that has less side effects.

All advice welcome

No, but I find that if I take half a Viagra tablet, then I get the benefits without the side effects.

Thanks , didnt think of doing that. What strength do you use?

They're 50mg tablets, so I take 25mg. The branded Viagra tablets are a nightmare to split, but the generic Sildenafil that you can get now from chemists like Lloyds Pharmacy are easy to split.

Yea it is the branded viagra 50mg I have. I only used them once as my heart strted palputating after we had sex.

Sildenafil from Lloyds? i take it the erm?... "do the job" as it were...

are they over the counter or do you still need a prescription?

I am in Irland and they are prescription here.

Still need a prescription. They have exactly the same effect, but are much cheaper because Pfizer's patent ran out in the summer.

thats good then, useful info. :)

I must admit i have often felt the desire to have a Viagra handy, but at those times we find other ways to play and it's very infrequent. I know there are lots of lotions and potions that claim to do what Viagra does but i doubt the validity of those statements.

I would be of the same opinion. If those lotions worked there would be no need for viagra in the first placce.

Although still a prescription drug, you can get both viagra and the non-branded version from Lloyds by filling out an online medical questionnaire. They're mailed out to you, or i think you can also collect. I'm planning on getting some soon as it takes me hours to be 'ready' again after i come

Cialis (tadalafil) - only available on prescription.

Less side-effects, quicker on-set of action & lasts longer than Viagra - in France they have nicknamed it La Weekend.

My OH complained I wasn't stiff enough to hit the spot, and my doctor said it was probably just stress at work. He prescribed Levitra 5mg. It works well - about 15 minutes to become effective (though it says an hour on the packet) and seems to last from early evening through to the following morning. When taken with alcohol it makes my eyes feel a bit more alive - not blurred or snything.

I don't think it helps me get a second erection any faster. OH says I'm thicker and much stiffer.

EMLA cream 5mg (Lloyds online) is an excellent delay cream but I'm told it doesn't taste good and can make her lips numb. The leaflet says it should be washed off before sexual contact but there's never time!

I bought some China Brush from LH once, still got a bit left, it is amazing.

I kid you not, first time i used it we were at it for about 45 minutes, both exhausted and sweating and in the end i still had to finish by hand... but golly she didn't half love it ; )

made me feel like one of them there porn stars ;)

Has anyone got these through their GP? How many tablets do you get per prescription charge?

Have tried 100mg, as with gentle giant I got a headache and blocked nose..... oh and a raging hard on lol.

You still have to feel horny, the Viagra just doesn't make it pop up, but when its up its up as the drug stops the blood from 'escaping'.

The docture is telling my partner he will have to pay for Viagra even tho his on JSA can anyone tell me if that's right?

Will he have to pay the Nhs script price £7.80 ( I think )or a private script?

Sorry double post
