You should get an exemption card/cert lolipop. If your income is below £13k you should.
I have got some from doctors a while a go now. I got given 4 tablets and I have used a couple now. When I woke next morning I suffered from a hangover headache. So next time I halved the tablet and still got same success. I felt the 50mg was too much. At time of taking the viagra I also took a couple of paracetamol. I found this helped the side effects and I only had a slight headache in the morning which I cleared up with a couple of ibuprofen.

I have suffered with E.D. for around 5 years now due to the medication i take for a medical condition i have and have sildenafil 100mg on prescription from my G.P. I am a bloke in my mid fifties and in the early days after being diagnosed with my condition and developing E.D. because of my medication i was firstly prescibed Cialis at 5mg to take daily as my wife and i have a healthy love life. Thisis only a small dose and worked fine with no side effects and my erections were on tap so to speak but as my other medications were adjusted things went downhill. Therefore i was put on the sildenafil starting at 25mg thro to 50mg and now have to take 100mg to obtain a reasonable erection. The only side effect i ever experience is congestion in the nose, like a bad cold and godamn awful indigestion. To remedy this when taking a tablet before getting down to biz i also take a ranitadine 20mg tablet. These are an idigestion remedy available over the counter around a pound for a pack of six or 79p for 12 at good old Aldi. Hey presto, no indigestion. Still get the congestion but i can live with that, when my wife gets down to business that sure as heck clears my sinuses. Hope that helps mate and best of luck.
To all long term users of Viagra/Sildenafil; have you become dependent on the drug to get an erection and have you had to increase the dosage over time (if so, what would you put this down to?)
I have no problem getting an erection but our sex always consists of 1-2 hours of foreplay, by which time I don't really last long when we get down to actual sex, so I'd like to try Via/Sild so that I can get a second erection before the moment totally passes
I started using Viagra a couple of years ago to get over ED. It worked, but I was concious that it could be a crutch and I'd always need it, so I cut out porn and did lots of pelvic floor exercising and stopped the ED that way.
I still have some Sildenafil, but only use it occassionally (about once a month) and I have actually halved the dose since I started taking it.
Now I'm much the same as you. If we have half an hour foreplay and then sex then I don't take anything, but if it's a long session and a couple of hours foreplay before sex, or sex more than once, then I'll take half a tablet.
