I enjoy my OH playing a inserting things into me ( toys fingers etc) but she is concerned about me becoming loose down there in years to come.
We don't do it that often, every couple of months or so.
Any advice?
The anal sphincter is pretty resilient and will retract back to normal reasonably quickly after finger or normal size anal toy use. Provided you don't damage yourself or insert large objects for long period of time, then you should be fine.
General rule - if it hurts, then stop/don't do it. Also remember lots of lube, followed by more lube, and if in doubt add more lube. Otherwise just enjoy !!!!

Mine is exactly the same. You won't stretch permanently unless you really really try!
The Anal muscles are designed to "open" or relax every single day :) (I dont need to explain why haha) Of course you won't end up loose down there from occasionally having bum fun, or even regularily having bum fun! (I cannot say for sure what would happen if you used HUGEEE toys for HUGEEE periods of time daily. Like, super over the top stretching constantly) but there are lots of people out here who enjoy regulat bum play, and none of us have any issues. It is a muscle (Actually a few muscles) after all. Unless you tear it open and do silly damage to yourself or throw yourself into daily hourly (Prob more) stretchings with uber huge toys purposely designed to stretch....
You can rest assured fingers and toys won't leave you loose. As jerry said, take your time and if it hurts....stop.
lube is your best friend! we found maximus, very good. you use such a small amount but it feels like youve used loads! also once again as jerry bean said, if it hurts stop.
Also if you decide to start douching make sure the water you use is warm, too hot or too cold could do some damage xx
