I read reviews to see if other people recommend the product with a view to purchasing myself. I dont get turned on by them.

I’m not sure turned on is the right term for us…… we get excited for sure but that’s purely because of what we could get up to tbf.

We read the reviews more to find out if there is anything bad about the toys or if anyone struggled with controls or find out if things are rumbly or buzzy etc.

I’ve never been turned on by the reviews, but I guess everyone is different.

I will say I take more notice of users giving helpful information about a toy, rather than writing porn.

I don’t like going in sex shops so I really take notice of those who describe the toys very well

I’d say it’s more interesting. I can’t say I’ve ever been turned on by reading them.

I do agree with this, I’ve read some reviews that are borderline porn and I tend to skip them.

Not exactly turned on by the review itself. However, shopping the site for new toys or sexy clothing does turn me on some. I think it’s the imagination of my own thoughts and how using a toy would be sensual or pleasurable. Then reading the reviews and hearing the experiences described by others sort of validates my thoughts on the item by how pleasurable they found the product to be.
