It's not really intended for anal use, there is one similar with a ring on the end that may be slightly safer, but I would recommend a butt plug type overall, far safer, that said I've had all sorts up there over the years and survived!

What goes in must come out is the simple answer to that question, after all that is what the hole is for to let things out. I have had things go in all the way so the best thing to do is relax, Just pretend you are going to the toilet and give a gente push, maybe squating or part sitting will help as well. If you have used plenty of lube this will help as well with less friction. But is should come back out as easy as it went in providing you relax. If you were to purchase it and are worried, maybe tie a ribbon or something on the end if you are worried. That way you can give it a gentle pull as well.

I have this but I haven't used it anally, should be fine as long as you're careful not to insert fully, in saying that I would be too worried as I love things deep so would end up loosing it!! I will grab a link for the glass one I use anally and it's lush.

Yes, a butt plug will do what you want - maybe try one of those pretty ones with a jewel in the end if that's your style? They won't slip out and the bit that sits outside your body is inside your bum cheeks so won't show through clothing.
