I’ve only worn mine for a maximum 90 minutes in the daytime when I’m awake and playing solo hehe so can’t give you any advice for wearing them whilat you’re asleep but don’t think I could relax with one in 
As long as its comfy go for it… But you’d be asleep quite a bit of the time…
Plus your digestive system usually works a lot during the night… Plenty of gas… Might have some squeaky noises… But hey ho up to you

The only drawback might be the lube drying out overnight making it difficult to remove.
I would start with a glass or metal toy with silicone or oil based lubricant.
