I've just approached the subject of all these spots with lover-boy and he showed an amusing mix of curiosity and slow blinking.
I've heard of the A-spot. Hi Columbus it's the skene's glands just around the Urethra. You can find out more and accurate diagrams on wikipedia

Good lord, when did it get so technical?! Fascinating reading, but I'm slightly embarrassed to say I've never gone looking for particular "spots", I've just really worked my body over and sorted out what feels good for me without considering anatomical science.
