Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping that someone might have a solution to my problem please. For as long as I can remember, whenever I have tried to log into the site using my phone I have had to try again and again until it decided not to redirect me to the mobile site. Probably stupidly, I thought installing the update that it keeps telling me to might solve the glitch but having done so, not only has it not helped that issue, it has also left me unable to use the chat function. The chat bar used to be across the middle of the page but is now right at the bottom and disappears if I try to enlarge it enough to see it :(
Please can someone tell me there is a nice simple way to solve this as using the laptop with the kids around is far from easy!!
Have you tried installing google chrome on it? maybe just a different browser optimisation would help? or turning it side ways lol thats what ive done on the older iphone and my s2 x
as a computing student and a massive hater of mac, i would say its cause iphones are evil and its trying to ruin your life with its hatred! however its not very helpful information :D

I have tried turning it sideways but unfortunately that hasnt helped. WeeSteve I have to agree with you, it really seems to have it in for me. Looks like I need to try the new browser hey, for a technophobe that is not the best news.................I may be gone for some time!

It seems Dolphin Browser is available for iphones too:

Download that and when you install it, it will ask you which user agent you wish to use..choose 'Desktop' (not iphone/ipad!!). Now use this Dolphine Browser to access LH forum and it'll appear as it does on a computer

As for the OP, Im unsure if lovehoney uses tapatalk for the mobile site?
Might be worth downloading the tapatalk app, make sure its up to date and that may work.

Not sure tapatalk will work, tt supports vBulletin (which LH should SO use), phpBB, MyBB, IPBoard, XenForo, SMF and BBPress.
My iphone doesnt support this website either however I have to say I have no problems with Mac. I was at their genius bar today and they fixed my laptop in an hour and it was very inexpensive!
And it was my fault the my Mac was broken to start with nothing to do with the mac itself.
I guess Apple is like marmite - you either love it or hate it.

Well being a computing student everything is done on PCs the macs are only used for graphic students and they cost like thousands to the uni to get all the license for everything, microsoft are just like, yh have this stuff for free x :P
this is why i prefer PCs :D

I only became a Mac user about a year and a half aago and gradually have switched over completely to Apple for my computing, portable computing, phone and portable music solutions...
Then I cant complain as I got my iMac for £400 so didnt break the bank like it would have being brand new. I have enough hobbies that do that lmoa!

haha yes! This is one area where we differ! I did at one point own an ipod touch actually, but getting an android pretty much negated it so sold it
