These are some of my, personal, thoughts on the subject. Ao, men/males, are born boasters, but, more so when in the company of other men. They/we do it about almost every subject, but, most certainly always and most brashly when it comes to the subject of sex. I consoder myself different, and prefer the company of women, where inspite of some obvious differences, not least in perception of each other’s biologically wired instincts, I rather more enjoy female company.
We have friends who know but since they found out it’s very rare we see them. Oh well our fun is our fun 
I have 3 close friends who know, but there’s no way I’d tell my work colleagues, but then my 3 close friends are the only people who knows im bisexual, although one is convinced I’m gay!! Obviously my OH knows as she’s the pegger!! And she knows im Bi too.

There was an episode of hunting wifes where a women was pegging her husband in spooning position.

I’d say the pegging discussion is becoming much more accepted.
Me personally, I enjoy my wife pegging me, it’s just recently that we tried this. I’m hoping to see her get more into it and have more frequent sessions. I really enjoy her being more dominant, allowing me to be the sub role. She even mentioned after a pegging session how she now sees how powerful guys must feel about being the dominant role usually. Something that she really liked about that role reversal! I certainly did and can’t wait to do it again. I hope she will initiate this more going forward.
As for talking to friends. I would never go into these details with my close friends. But, I think she has definitely shared a lot of details with her friends. I’m ok with that, kind of excites me honestly. But, women are much more free with sharing intimate details with each other.
