Missed the window to cancel my order, Is the return label discreet and how does the rebound return service work? Is it drop off or pick up?

There’s usually a return address on the label-receipt that comes with your order, so if you don’t want it, just seal it back up and create a postage label to the returns address with your chosen courier service. Lovehoney packaging is always discreet, so if you use the same packaging, your return will be too. You will have to pay for the return of course, and whether it’s dropped off or picked up entirely depends on the courier service you use. I hope that helps 
You need to create a return here to make sure LH will accept your return. I’m pretty sure the last time I returned something, it was by Evri or Royal Mail. It was simple and discreet and LH will send you a returns label or you can use the postal address.

Another returns question and hoping it catches a response - need to do our first return of unworn lingerie from LH. I submitted the form and have a link to print a return label, but I haven’t received an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Not sure if that’s something I need to wait on still before sending off the return or if the order number and dropping the return confirmation email in the box will be sufficient?
(I’ve tried connecting with support via the website and chat but it’s not connecting… hoping @Lovehoney_Brenna or one of the other lovely folks around here can give me the right answer? I’d just hate for something to be lost in postal limbo).
I would think that you have the return label, that you’ve got the authorisation that you’re wanting
