You could try zoig as it’s free and has an active cam chat where folk can stream live. It’s a friendly site as well, very accepting.

For anyone thinking of doing this.
I agree that a well set up and run club is probably more suitable and “safe” over a random on-line meet.
Choose your event location well (hotel etc over your own home).
Be 100% sure you both definitely want to go through with it.
Perhaps a “no mobile” rule so you know no errrm interesting photos of you are going to show up ANYWHERE.
Giving the Third Party the option to masturbate (or later down the line, the option to join in) would be good.
Main rule - be safe.
