it arrived today without any instructions. is it worn in front or behind the balls?
Looking at the reviews I'm pretty sure it can be used both behind and in front of the testicles. It seems to be adjustable enough for both means. =)
Yes, you can use it either way. I found it pulled my balls forward rather too much when used behind so most often used it in front.
I've got one and use it around the front only. It's got quite a grip on it!

I must say it is way better than the 'one size fits all' things that have so much stretch they could double as a fan-belt. Because it has so little stretch it does take a while to find the right adjustment so that it is little or no restriction when you are flaccid but has the right amount of grip when you get hard.
