Think i would prefer a nice bit of jewellery but thats me. 
My 60th birthday treat was an upgrade to the hotel we had booked in kefalonia. We had a apartment on two floors that had its own private swimming pool and a hot tub for two weeks all inclusive. Plus whatever i wanted in the way of jewellery. I was well and truly spoiled rotten.
