With the size of her boobs the OH always wears a bra.

For me it’s not the size of my boobs that has me wearing a bra in public but the sensitivity and “perkiness” of my nipples. 
Even through a heavyish top they can be quite noticeable.
Although, sometimes if I’m feeling a bit naughty I do go out without and flaunt them a little.

One upside of being apart of the itty bitty committee is never having to wear a bra unless I want extra cleavage or to show off in lingerie. I used to wear one when I was worried my nipples were showing but then I really thought about the fact I was wearing an uncomfortable, ill fitting piece of clothing purely because someone might be scandalised by seeing inherently non sexual human anatomy that we all have. Now I rarely wear one and hell why not show off a built in accessory
