It's a very good starter kit, with different sizes of butt plug to work you up. Can they be kept in all day? It depends on the size of the plug and what you are doing I guess. If you're walking around shopping etc, it may be difficult.
And yes in my opinion they do help with anal sex. Like I said, if you buy a set of different sizes, you can start small and remember to use plenty of lube, preferably special anal lube. Depending on the person, they may be able to accommodate the different sizes straight away, but for others it may take a little while longer.
What I would say is, if the person is new to anal play, insert the plug slowly and with plenty of lube. Leave it in for a while so the anus can get used to it. Then I would go onto the next size and do exactly the same, etc. etc. Until it's easy to take the biggest plug and the person feels that they are ready to take anal sex.
When that happens, once again, take it slowly with plenty of lube. I've heard the saying, "if you think you have used enough lube (for anal sex), then that is NOT enough".

Hello everyone thanks for your input on the matter of but plugs but can they cause problems later on down the line .....i wish to get one not just for the sex interest but for the reason that i feel realy tight down there..

I'm struggling to have anal sex, I got a beginers butt plug for christmas off a mate and I can't even get that in me so I think I'm just gonna give up on the idea, its too painful, and I don't like the bleeding afterwards!

hell sexymel your not supposed to bleed!!!! no no no... how big is the plug you have???? the first one i mentioned http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=13310 is soft and little and wouldn't hurt anyone.. remember your bum lets a poo out so a little silicone plug shouldn't hurt it... bit personal this, have you got piles? do you bleed when you poo if so you need to see the doc.. if not it is probably down to being too tense and trying too hard to get the wrong size plug in...

maybe its worth using the desesitising cream for the douch too.. its worth the money..honest!!!

Have you tried this before? Does it work?
Always make sure there is plenty of lube, its one of my biggest fears that!
I'll try it, I'll look for a douche now and put it on my list so I don't forget.
