Can a moderator help me?

I have (rather stupidly) put two of email addresses on the forum in the past in the threads entitled Viagra or an alternative- advice please and OA Blog Photos. Would a moderator be kind enough to delete them? I have enough spam coming through to last me a while now! They are not long threads so shouldnt take long to find them
