If you were the CEO of LH…. What would you do to improve the experience for everyone?
That is a great question @Natalie I must admit LH appear to operate a great company in my eyes, they appear to listen and act on customers issues, the customer service seems to be very good and I feel staff seem happy. I would say carry on as you are doing, never forget the customer though who are the life blood of the company.
Without being a customer suck-up, I wouldnt change much. They seem to be doing a fine job for the customer base
The refund/love guarantee is second to none. Shipping is discreet and quick, with customer service also great
Only real change would be to get more items for certain kinks (latex items and chastity for me personally)
I would suggest free postage on everything, even once every few months, sometimes I’ll want/need something small but by the time postage is added it can make a simple lube for example expensive.
I’d have all the knickers with an option of crotched OR crotchless so you can choose. See so many nice pairs that I’d like but then see they’re crotchless, which are great in some circumstances, but not always.
I’d have a full range of male lingerie.
I’d also set up a membership with a small monthly fee so you can have free next day delivery on any sized order with tracking like a certain other company does.

For me Lovehoney are an excellent company with perfect customer service and fast discreet delivery and massive choice- the only down side can be sizing - while some items fit perfectly others which are same size will go nowhere near
However always read reviews as generally this shows real reviews which say about sizing
Good question and yet I don’t think I would change or improve on anything off the top of my head… maybe add a few more various toys in certain areas as some categories are running a little dry of late

What about those items that maybe damaged just box or something don’t scrap them if they untouched then pass to members for review as they would be scrap otherwise …, if needed then do donation to a charity of choice
Good news is we already do this (kind of) - Items with broken boxes often make their way to me to send out for review, if some extras are needed. Those that don’t, end up in our Staff Box, you know - so we can all continue to develop our product knowledge…

I would have more men’s toys - greater selection of ball stretchers, chastity devices etc
