correct way to use penis pump

Hi everyone

just wondering what is the correct way to use a penis pump

the instructions are vague with the one I got.

do you pump it up, then let it back down & do this for 20mins

or do I pump it up & leave it for 20mins

want to make sure I use it right :)

Leave it for 20mins. You may find a slight loss in suction in those 20 mins so give it a little pump again. Really depends on how good the pump is and how good a seal it makes.
