Real life friends? Nope.
But theres one or two I recognise from Fab.
And much as the old chat system was fun it did cause more problems than it was worth for some, hence it vanished. This isnt a contact site at the end of the day and shouldn’t be treated as one.

I really don’t think anyone here would be anyone I know in my life. Mostly because the majority of people from the UK are from GB. I don’t tell anyone about the really kinky stuff I get up to, so its unlikely that anyone would even guess who I am.
I don’t like that you don’t have to have an account to actually read threads or comment. I think it should be members only. I do appreciate that the photo topics are members only though.

The though has crossed my mind, I have probably said more than i should on here in the past but I don’t think I would be too concerned. In someways rather nice to know others willing to be so open minded.

I have no plans on running for a political office and other than the off chance I get a part in a porno ( to play the husband leaving for work while my wife would be getting mounted by others ) I have no worries about anyone finding out . The closest member on here is maybe 10 miles away approximately . So the chance of bumping into them among the million or so people in my area is rather slim . Because of that I have no worries and if someone I knew figured it out , I would just be proud .

@Oldman . I wasnt suggesting anyone should be concerned.
Just that it could be quite funny that someone you might be interacting with on the LH forum, could be your kids junior school teacher , or your local shop assistant that you speak to every other day .
Unknowing that they were such an adventurous sexual enthusiast.

I’ve not really gave it any thought, and would have no real issues losing my anonymity as it were, I know my posts are always quite open and honest, and very much me.
I think my only concern is if someone knows me, then they would also have a lot of info around me and Mrs Kink, which makes me wonder if I over-share on that front.
Food for thought, I will add that to the vast table of ‘delights’ I am trying to consume at the moment, although feel tired and exhausted and need a break.
Perhaps this is a jolt that I might need to change my ID, if not for my own sake, but to help protect Mrs Kink identity in the real world. When I’m vulnerable, which I very much am at the moment, and I tend to share from the heart.

I’ve always loved the idea of discovering people’s secret, kinky personas. I started hanging out on another adult site and have let a few folks on there know that some of the info they’ve posted could be used to doxx them, and some really just don’t care. I personally have no interest in exposing anyone, but it’s a thrill for me to look at someone’s vanilla Facebook or LinkedIn and know that they’ve also got a profile over on Fetlife.

Nah, I don’t think the odds are likely at all and I’ve never assumed it. I am active on a couple local/community subreddits that leave me a little more nervous if anyone wanted to prowl my history there…
But I do find it fascinating to think about what many people in my regular circles do behind closed doors, especially since many of our connections are through our faith community. Definitely fun to think about some of our very proper neighbors being quite kinky underneath.
