Honestly depends on the couple and on the toy.
When I was first married to my wife +10 years ago it was a set of under-the-bed-restraints. A few years ago it was a sex board game. For a few weeks back in 2021 it was a bunch of body massage stuff.

As others have said, there really isn’t a “best” for couples, though as @Craig1234 said, a wand can be shared (and is great fun). Whether you use it to get one another off or for a deep tissue massage after a hard day, they’re a solid-all-rounder
