Hi I have emailed/used the contact form do contact you about my order being delivered but delivery driver just left it in front of my block or flat door and didn’t even ring the buzzer I only realised it had been delivered an hour later when I got the notification, and when I went to get it it had gone as it was left in plan site . Now no one is answering me and without the items which I was supposed to use today and out of pocket now please can someone contact me thank you

If you’ve contacted Lovehoney customer services already I’d wait for them to respond. There usually pretty good at responding.
I would also raise the issue with the delivery company in question if you haven’t already.

Do you hace a safe place listed on your delivery information, if not then its ok, if you do and they have left itbin your dafe space then you have no rights
Hi @Vickstar1 and sorry to hear of the issue you had.
As others have suggested, it may be worth contacting the delivery company as well as the contact you’ve already made to customer service.
The forum is for for LH customers, although a staff member does moderate, it only tends to be during office hours.
It sounds like you’ve done the right thing, it’s just a case of having to wait for a response, fingers crossed it won’t take long!

I recently had an order disappear from my back garden. It was delivered by Evri I got the quickest resolution to the problem through the online chat and asking to speak to a human being when it could not sort it out by itself.

Yikes sounds like a shock horror! Sorry to hear this has happened… if not already I’d contact customer service and maybe even ask @Lovehoney_Brenna is she can follow it through for you to make sure it’s being seen to
