I don’t think I would handle it too well. Not the user you’re responding to, but in my mind there’s a huge difference between a “fantasy” and a “desire.” Some fantasies are also desires (I can fantasize about a sex-filled tropical vacation, and desire to plan it, too) while other fantasies I cannot or will not fulfill (joining in an orgy at the court of the High Fae - intentionally hyperbolic for emphasis).
