This is a tricky issue, part of me says to simply own the situation, yes, I use sex toys, what of it? Normalising the use of them can't be a bad thing, but then reality hits in. If my work mates knew what sort of sex / sex toys I was into I can't imagine living it down for quite some time.
Any other previous customer will recognise good old "*8REMOVED BY MODERATOR" in the sender's address, who's to say the postie/neighbour isn't a member on here ?

Must admit never had a problem but then again I haven't been home when the goods have been delivered. The OH hasn't mentioned anything though so all good so far
I’m sure my posties know. We have so many deliveries though (amazon prime has a lot to answer for!) but always get an extra sweet smile and a wink once when I accepted the box 🤣 we also live with family (my mother is unwell so we have bought a house with my parents) and thankfully they don’t know but I have to space the deliveries out so they don’t recognise the parcels 🤣🙈
I'm fairly certain my postie knows what gets delivered now, usually because I take it with a grin
