dissappointed with lovehoney's stock of bathmates

Earlier last year I decided to purchase an x 30 from lovehoney. Though delivered promptly, the pump had a faulty valve. I read that the early x30 pumps were prone to this problem. I returned the faulty pump and waited 5 months before repurchaseing.
The pump arrived with the valve leaking air and so lovehoney sent me a replacement valve. I contacted lh to let them know that this hadn't worked. They exchanged my pump, acknowledging the fact that early models came with valve faults and that this had been rectified by hydromax by including replacement valves. My latest pump has become defective despite the fact I have only used it a handful of times.
I don't understand why lovehoney have not replenished their stock with pumps that are said to have fixed valves.
I genuinely believe the pump is flawed from a design perspective. The valve relies on a very thin rubber gasket to protect it from air leaking into the vacuum. The comforted is useless as most prefer to pump without it due to its lack of seal to the body.
The gauge, which I believed was printed on is actually a sticker. Mine has began to peel away. How ridiculous that they rely on glue to keep the sticker in place knowing full well the pump will be under a hot shower! Glue will just melt away!
Why have lovehoney not acknowledged the faulty valves units this is my fourth unit, all of which have failed to hold a vaccume.when it does hold, water retention is a huge problem.
