Otherwise, there are a lot of companies I have noticed trying to sell jelqing manuals claiming all the others are unsafe and do damage. Thats why I was asking about it. Too often they look like scams though, I think thats why it's not as well known or under rated...
It's been around for a long time in several other traditions, Perhaps someone with a decent kama sutra can check it. So I am sure it works.
