This is something I struggle with. I have a bulb douche and I find it hard to squeeze it because of rheumatoid arthritis, I end up with more air in and not a lot of water, but the water I do manage to squirt in, goes straight back into the bulb (like immediately) Pour it all into the sink and it's just rank!
I never douche now, luckily never been any poop on anything except some beads.
