I doubt she'd say she liked it if she didn't. The only reason I can think that someone would do that is to not upset you. If you're still not convinced, talk to her about your doubts.

Could it be that she's feeling a little 'left out'? I'm not sure if that's the right way to phrase the question, but if she isn't dressing up and you are, she might feel left out of the excitement?
As Nat says, it's really a lot more common than you think, people just don't talk openly about it! Nothing like a bit of lace between your buns 😁 If your partner says she likes it, then at very least she doesn't dislike it, otherwise she could have just said it's not for her. If my partner started wearing stockings or panties, it wouldn't do anything for me, but it's certainly not something that would bother me in the slightest! Unless they were my stockings, then I'd be irked, so make sure you buy your own!

My wife dresses me in her underwear as part of my humiliation.
