Hi all, just curious if anyone has used ELMA cream to help desensitise if you have a penis?
I’ve tried it once but likely erred way overcautious on the amount as it didn’t do much for me vs using say using Durex Performa. Which is odd as it should be the same if not higher dosage I believe.
In terms of use would it make much difference folling the foreskin back afterwards?
I would say to try adding it around the penis head with the foreskin back as that’s where all the sensitive parts are… but from what I’ve heard with others it can be hit and miss on how well it works for the individual plus you need to also remember that it can also desensitise the vagina too if doing intercourse without a condom on.
Cheers, thats pretty much what I did though not with much of the product. I just wasn’t sure if applying then moving the foreskin back might help?

I use instillagel what is pretty much the same as Elma. I apply it around the head, leave it about 5 minutes then use a condom. Took my time to ejaculation from approximately 20-30 seconds to 5-6 minutes
