Wow, thats great..! I agree LH's sservice is generally very good - and others could learn.
However... they are at the mercy of Royal Mail. I have had orders take 3 or 4 days.... which is still good.
4 days IS good. You can always pay extra if you have a deadline.
More importantly the girls on the phone are sound. Will do anything for you. Makes a big difference.
