Looking for recommendations for fake nipple piercings that are size adjustable, relatively comfortable to wear, and stay on.

I can’t think of anything that would both be comfortable and stay put - one often outweighs the other. My only thought would be something like these, which can be adjusted to suit.

You’re asking for 2 contradicting things.

A piercing stays put because it’s anchored through the nipple.

For any non anchored/pierced through item to stay put, you’re going to need some serious clamping strength (delicious discomfort if you ask me, but pain is guaranteed).

If you want something without discomfort it will simply slip off.

What are your hopes and purposes? Knowing what you hope to achieve may lead to better recommendations.

You can get fake pierced nipple pasties on Amazon but adhesion doesn’t swwm good. You could add some eyelash flue foe optimum hold maybe.

Magnetic jewellery is another idea, but like @JustAnotherPervert said, they can be deliciously bitey.

By the way, have you considered chained nipple clamp? Defo not a piercing, but they, depending on clamp, could be more or less painful as desired and I reckon would look sexy as hell.

Fake nipple pasties was going to be my suggestion too. Don’t go for the cheapest of the selections and if there is a theatre costume and cosmetics shop in the area you could go as see what’s available.

My other, other thought, if you have time, would be to buy some “normal” fake nipple pasties (it confuses me why someone would want to hide a nipple with something that looks like a nipple, but okay) and some cheap piercing barbells and pierce them yourself. Then adhere them as mentioned above.

Then I think at that point, I am fresh out of ideas :joy:
