Gday, sorry can’t help with any advice on feet as not my thing, but good for you and your partner to be getting advice for others.
I think feet are sexy. Heels, stockings and red polish. Unfortunately my SO has very tickelish feet so not a lot of action in that arena.

Ooh! I love womens’ feet.
I used to visit a friend who was a dominant/Mistress in the BDSM world, who would ask me to do pedicures for her. I loved doing them and I found the 1-1 time very precious. I really looked forward to cleaning and scraping underneath her toenails at her request too!
Licking, kissing and smelling feet is great also. I also enjoyed choosing and buying her nail polish and painting her toenails.
If he is into boots/shoes, have him kiss, lick, polish, sniff them for you.
A lady I am friends with passes me her used, but washed and very well cared for stockings to keep.
