I took the plunge and bought one. They are great and even more so when someone else is in control. The one I have sometimes stalls when using it at lower speeds if you aren't quite lined up right, but that could be down to the lack of power.
They are available to rent, one of the more common sites do it for 3 days, weekend & full week. As someone else has already commented, you get to keep the dildos sent with the machine, and would have a discounted rate the next time you hire.
