Just to point out (and I'm not saying anyone is doing this!), posting lots won't get you more freebies. The LH guys look for people who write useful and well-written reviews and contribute helpfully to the forums in answering other members questions or starting interesting debate.
I have to say it's lots harder to keep up with the forums these days and I'm here everyday. It does put me off somewhat that the forums have turned into something resembling a sex chatroom, which isn't really the point. It's a forum, not msn. Maybe the guys at LH should now look into private messaging in the hope that the forums won't be clogged with personal conversations. It's putting me off a little so it's feasible that that's what has happened with some of the other longer serving members.

i actually thought that it was down to your views and reviews that you got the freebies, but like i said previously, im not here for the freebies (granted its an added bonus but i dont actually expect them at all)
I agree a private messaging service would be good but i believe LH is looking into it

Cool I agree with this topic posts so far, it's really busy on here now but I like that. It does make it impossible to keep up with though!
I think what Carly has said is really good, and I know I've probably suffered from the pointless comments itis before so will behave in future! Also agree that a general 'off-topic' bit is great to ensure there's not too much random chat in other areas.
