When is it time to consider going to large/XL?
When I'm wearing it - I can't really feel it 'up there' very much (it's a very faint sensation).
The medium also tends to slide/stick out sometimes - and it needs to be readjusted back into position.
It sounds like it may be time to go large/XL (question is, which one too) - but, just want others thoughts.

That just made my list -- though, I'm looking for something that can be used for long-term wear. I will probbably get this too for experimentation. Though - that may be a little too big.
I presume you have/had tried this one?
(I also want something that doesn't take a ton of effort to clean, etc.)
FWIW - I actually had my nJoy completely fall out and hit the floor :(. Definitely time to upgrade. New order pending.
I can't speak for the medium, but I've got the large and never had any problems with it falling out. But if I were looking to upgrade from the medium then I'd probably go for the extra large (just because they're so expensive I wouldn't want to have to upgrade AGAIN).
The njoy is my favourite of all of my plugs and the only one I'll comfortably wear for extended durations (out shopping or even overnight). Let us know which one you go for in the end.

I just got this in the mail today and tried it -- WOW.
This is definitely something I'll have to work at to take in all the way - but, it definitely feels great. I suspect I'm going to love this even more once I've mastered it.

I actually have a Pfun plug as well - so, I think I may try with that for a bit and see where that leads - maybe I'll get another nJoy down the line....
