Helping with my wife’s aunty’s house after an illness that’s left her in a home…
Sorting out her clothes for a charity shop and come across 2 huge vibrators… My wife and niece didn’t want to know / think about it so disposed of without them seeing 
What other things have you discovered whilst clearing a house out…
Oh the bother in law has found a knuckleduster when he’s just moved in the other month…
Never found anything but has made me think about who will find toys I own. Or does there get to an age when you dispose of anything like that. Of course some deaths are unexpected and effect the young as well. May be the family etc are just very discreet.
Not a house clearance but a family member bought a repossessed house and the previous owner left about 30 used sanitary towels hidden behind the bath panel- it had been empty about 6mths by the time they got the keys and the smell was horrific 
When me and husband moved into our place, we found a huge collection of porn mags stashed under the attic floorboards, it ranged from 70s through to early 00s and the change in hairstyles was interesting to see 
the previous owner had lived here since the house was built and had no kids so we figure he kept them there so his wife didn’t see!
I bet they would have been an interesting read. Hair styles have definitely changed over the years and not just the hair on their heads. @Anon016 .
When my grandmother passed away we cleared the house and found a penis pump which was still in its original box and packaging and it was postmarked 1974

Oh boy, when my parents bought an old house in a rural area, we didn’t know what to expect
There were guns in the attic, and the previous owner, who’d passed, definitely did not have the licensing for those, but he was known for being the type to not trust anyone. There was even a rumor that he’d buried his money around the property because he didn’t trust the banks.
We had an elderly family friend live there, who was in his final years, and didn’t have anyone else, so we housed him, and my mum pretty much moved there to look after him until he passed. So then in cleaning out the house, my parents found old porn mags and VHS tapes, as well as an envelope full of polaroid pictures that to this day, they won’t tell me what they were of 
My sister and I have a pact, despite both being in our 20s, that whoever goes first, the other ‘purifies’ their belongings of any toys to prevent the rest of our family finding them 
Those can be collectors items, believe it or not.
I found nothing sexual but i have found things of value. Found a rolex, gave it back to the previous owner, was worth £18k at the time.
Found a YSL bag that was estimated about £4k aswell, that was also returned to its owner
I found pottery, that was offered but told no, it was west german stuff, got about £100-£200 for that
Plus various other stuff
We had to ask a wife of a colleague how died suddenly for a ‘works hard drive’ to wipe his activities and videos off it before returning it.
Haha sounds like your wife’s auntie has had a most fulfilling and adventurous life! 
it’s really sweet to hear she wasn’t just the average kind of person!
I haven’t found anything but my mum had to pack my stuff once and found all my toys. She packed them for me. Good on her. Lol
We moved house last Christmas, after 16 years in the previous place.
My parents turned up to help pack our bedroom! My husbands mate was helping too, and I’d rather him have my stash than my very prude mother!
Needless to say, hubby’s mate was in fits of giggles helping, as I was desperately trying to get my parents to dust, or hoover, anything but be in my stuff!
It’s good for the entertainment…
At work i have taken out a few hot water cylinders and found a aray of stuff over the years seems the go to place to stash porn mags and a suction dildos
Found a few magazines in the loft when my grandfather passed away
The magazine were dated from 1969 and I loved how porn magazines had changed over the years
I found a female porn mag , with naked men in it when we were clearing out our mum’s old flat . I quickly disposed of it , and never mentioned it to any of the family
Nothing juciy, but when i re wired my brothers house, all the gas pipes were still in place for the lights, and what “wiring” was there had Lead insulation!
My buddy’s mom died and when they were cleaning out her dresser drawer they found paperwork saying that she gave up her first child for adoption!
No one in the family knew that my buddy and his 2 brothers had a first born sister. They actually made contact with her recently, explained the story and met her…and she looks exactly like my buddy’s mom!
Creepy and a whole new rush of feelings there!
At our last house I went up into the loft and was confronted with loads of empty bottles. Whisky, Gin, Brandy, all sorts of spirits. I filled a Cavalier boot “TWICE “. and I mean FILLED. There was 2 trips to the bottle bank which our young son loved dropping the bottles in to the banks. Our neighbours were giving me some strange looks as I kept coming out of the house with arms full of the bottles and I had to explain where they were coming from. Evidently the previous couple were very quiet and didn’t socialise
