Hello, I was trying to buy a Fleshlight for a friend as a gift and I couldn’t use my discount code I was sent in an email TODAY because of a discount already on the item I didn’t ask for. The discount already on is 15 percent off and what I was sent was 25 percent off, do I just have to wait for the discount to go away to use it? In the email it says “ No minimum spend & FREE shipping”

I think that may be the case, I can’t use my carer discount on the items already in the promotion.
It’s probably worth contacting customer care via live chat/phone to see if there’s anything they can suggest?

Thanks. It’s just so weird they would send me a discount code when I can’t use it.
Read the exclusions for the discount code, you can use it, just not on everything.
Hi @Octavia it may be cheaper with the discount + free postage /package than the 25% discount. It may be worth checking. Good luck. A very nice gift as these things are not cheap.
