I shave my intimate areas smooth and hubby shaves his as well.
I prefer my wife to be pretty smooth and hair free everywhere. Some well groomed pubic hair thatās shaped nicely in that area looks nice too. Sheās very much a girl, so other than pussy, butt, and arm pits, she doesnāt have much other noticeable body hair at all.
As for me, she prefers me shaved and groomed down there as well. I keep a little hair growth above my penis. But itās well trimmed and shaped also.
As for other body hair. I keep my arms trimmed, donāt like bushy arm hair. Chest and stomach area are well shaved usually. Back not much there anyway. Legs, never shaved them for a long time. But in the past year, due to a medical need to apply a steroid cream for some skin issues, I started shaving my lower legs to make the applications easier and more effective to the skin vs. hair. But, after shaving them from toes up to my knees. After a couple of months I realized how silly my legs look with hair on my thighs down to knees. So, one night I just decided to shave my entire legs and butt while showering. My wife is indifferent to me shaving my legs or not. However she really does seem to like feeling them more when we are in bed together. She has mentioned that she does like it when guys shave their legs. Now, after doing this for a while, I have to admit I really like it too. No more hair being pulled or pinched by clothes, underwear etc. I actually love it now to the point I think having them waxed would be fun. So guys, if youāve never tried it, shave those legs a few times and see if you or you SO likes it. You might just get hooked just like I did. 
Now as a follow on from my original post, my wife has me completely shaved, or very shortly trimmed, shaft & balls always completely smooth, now wife, has been trimmed, landing strip, triangle, lips completely smooth, but this last year or so she has preferred to be completely natural, no shaving, no trimming whatsoever. I find it very very sexy, mature looking, feminine etc especially when wearing nice lingerie, you can see her fairly dark hair. When sheās showering or getting dressed, from behind I can just see her hairy pussy on view, itās so very sexy! She loves it and has no intention to shave or trim any of it either at the moment! And I do, want & have, anything she says.

I should really say to ankles, but head to toe is a more common saying, I am very dark haired and eyebrows show through more, so it saves me going on an extra trip if i get them done when iām getting completely waxed.
Fortunately i am fair haired so they dont show so much so 4 weeks is enough for me.

I prefer to be āmanscapedā and my partner switches from completely smooth to unkempt. 
I once had a nasty experience with one of those rechargeable scrubbys in the shower. Slathered it up and set it off scrubbing over my body. Now these things rotate and i had a full bush then. Well you can guess what happen, yes my bush got caught in the scrubby and i could not turn it off quick enough and it pulled out a big chunk of hair. It was very painful, which is another reason why i now shave smooth.
