So basically, I lost the charger for my Ignite 20 function mini wand. I can’t find a replacement anywhere! I have no idea what type of charger it actually is I’m looking for apart from knowing that it is super tiny, I have bought 8 different chargers now and NONE fit 
I can’t find any info online that tells me what type of charger I’m looking for, meaning I keep ordering blind and spending pointless money. I have contacted customer service but they may take up to 7 days and I go on holiday in 4! Anyone know what charger I need to buy?? I’m going crazy! Thanks x

Hey @XXli3 If you mean this one Ignite 20 Function Mini Wand Vibrator. I have the same one in red. I’ve checked the charger and it looks like this one 2.4mm Jack 
Edit: Actually I’m 99% sure its this one. Very thin and long. Charger is on the back and needs pushing through the silicone and port.

post a pic of the charging port unless you know what type it is already? I presume it’s not something easy like type of USB?

Other than messaging customer service or asking @Lovehoney_Brenna on here, I’d maybe see if the toy brand has a website you can contact directly. I once had an issue with my lovesense toy and went right to their website and amazingly they sent me a new one out for free

I’m sorry to say I think you will be going on holiday without your toy. You could try talking with customer service but its not just finding the right connection/plug but making sure its the correct amp/wattage i would think so that it is safe.

Yes that’s the one, and I agree! That charger looks identical.. however I’ve ordered that exact charger from this website and what turned up doesn’t fit! It was way too big.. and come to think of it, looks a lot larger than the image online so I’m wondering if maybe I was sent the wrong charger?

Yes I’ve contacted them as stated in the post but unfortunately it will take up to 7 days for a response 
Last time I had an issue I used the AI assistant and when it couldn’t help I asked it to connect me with a real person and within 15 minutes it was sorted.
You could try that.
Could it be this one? The pin looks the same size but a lot shorter.
