I would say that seems to be in the extreme kink/sex act category for sure, even being able to have your urethra stretched out that much. Also like you said a great way to get an infection.
I have used sounding rods on my own urethra and the sensation is pleasurable, but a lot of sterilization of the sound etc. and really paying attention to hygiene with that still. I could see maybe a small finger although you can’t sterilize that really, but an entire penis would be a lot!!

Just thinking about this again today… sadly my desire exceeds my ability. A finger feels just so good, and I’ve been enjoying “triple” penetration. My husband giving my anal, a female hand in my vagina, and a finger in the urethra. Absolutely amazing.
Mentally, I would love for urethral intercourse to be possible. And heck, even if my husband didn’t fit I’d be happy to have some cum in there. But reality sets in when switching from a finger to a thumb…just doesn’t work. Seems there’s a limit that can’t be crossed.

Sure way to get a urethral stricture and infection
Not something that a partner should want to try on their women given the obvious pain in performing it and then the potential pain and infection that could follow knowing you have caused her the pain. Put it this way would you want to go without sex for however long it takes to clear up with antibiotics. Could be weeks.
