Is my 'About Me' visible?

Hi all,

Please can any members tell me how I know my “about me” information is live on the site?

I’ve completed that section, but I’ve no way of knowing whether it’s now viewable with my profile details now.

Yup. I can see your profile. :+1:

It’s only visible when people are logged in, and the option to toggle it on or off is the box next to “Hide my public profile and presence features” on your Preferences/Interface page.

Edit: If you’re viewing your own profile summary page, you can find your About Me section if you click the ‘expand’ box under your username. :+1:

Thank you for wanting to make your profile details visible. So many members forget to do so, and although I respect any member’s right to hide their details, being able to check out a member’s gender, sexuality and relationship status makes it a lot easier to answer their queries in a useful way. :slightly_smiling_face:
