Keeping fit

Having had quite a few friends/relatives get seriously ill (heart attacks/strokes/cancer) last year this very overweight 61 year old decided I needed to get fit and healthy so I now go to a personal trainer. I have lost 3 1/2 stone in 16 months and dropped 4 dress sizes. I still have a long way to go but feel so much fitter and better mentally. Our sex life is better too as I’m a lot more flexible and can try out new positions


That is absolutely brilliant zi have always tried to keep as fit as possible I also run an all womens couch to 5k running group. Keep up the excellent work
