Keeping fit

That is absolutely brilliant zi have always tried to keep as fit as possible I also run an all womens couch to 5k running group. Keep up the excellent work


60 years old here and exercise consistently. Just ran a 10k race with my 26 year old daughter. Do a lot of indoor rowing and strength conditioning.

Earlier this year I found time to join the gym. I am now of an age where I hate running in the treadmill, but bikes are fun. Even tried a spin class :hot_face:

I try to train 6 days a week mixture of running and gym @A_C19

I hate running these days, but definitely feel better doing gym 2/3 times a week. One day cardio, one day muscle/strength, and one pilates types session.
