The “medical” way is to get a full erection and then place a ruler ontop and push it in gently back until the back of the ruler is against the pubic bone (it’ll push into the squishy cushion of fat right above the penis a bit). That’s the most common “medically official” way to measure.

Mostly positive although I’m at the smaller end of large, just over 7 and 6 girth. As others have said you just need to go slow and build up. Her on top is a great starting position, especially with new partners , she is in control of pace and depth.
