if i click on go shopping it fails and if i go directly to lovehoney, it also fails

Our shopping site is seperate from our help site, so it might be classed differently.

Do you have any blockers set up to prevent viewing adult content? Are you having any issues viewing other adult themed sites?

couldnt get on help page either

i checked blockers / parental controls on wife router & o2/apple and all seem to be off

Is the Lovehoney website the only adult site that is failing to open?

If you’ve recently moved and this is a new issue and the only change is Virgin Wifi - I’d start there. Here are some screenshots from our help page on ISP blocking the site :slight_smile:

I cannot get my discount to work - the screen shot shows I want to buy a wedge and the discount should deduct but it does not - please what’s going on

It looks like it’s usually £99.99 so the £20 saving in red is the reduction in price between the usual price and the current price of £79.99. If you’re trying to use a discount code on top of that then it hasn’t worked. Can I ask which discount you are trying to use? Have you checked that it can be used on sale items?

Yes it does seem to say excludes sale items

Ah, that’s the problem then. I guess it depends whether the sale discount or your discount code is the better option? If the discount code is better than 20% then you might want to wait until it’s not reduced.

We recently purchased:

Lovehoney Discover Water-Based Anal Lubricant 500ml

We expected a squeezable” flip-top style bottle ,which we much prefer (as with the Lovehoney Enjoy Water-Based Lubricant we also purchased).

After receiving our delivery, we were disappointed to discover that the Lovehoney Discover Water-Based Anal Lubricant 500ml was actually contained in a “pump-style” bottle.

The Product page for the Lovehoney Discover Water-Based Anal Lubricant 500ml states:

“Essential Info

  • Bottle type: Squeeze”

However, the Product page confusingly shows two photographs of a “squeezable” flip-top style bottle … and one photograph of a “pump-style” bottle.

More correctly:

  • Bottle type: Squeeze :x:
  • Pump-type bottle :white_check_mark:

Does this discrepancy of bottle types on the product photographs, and the wording of the bottle-type in “Essential information” need amending on the Product page?

Not sure if this is a glitch or an error on my part (probably the latter). Every time I submit a review I get an email almost instantly asking me to verify it, I wrote quite a lengthy review last night and haven’t received the confirmation email yet. I’m not sure if that’s some kind of glitch or maybe I didn’t type in my email quite right, I’m not too sure. I was quite tired last night so I suppose anything is possible :sweat_smile:

@WaveyAlien Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes they hide in there, even if the 20 before it landed in your normal inbox :sweat_smile:

I might just submit another review just in case I was daft and entered my email incorrectly :sweat_smile:

The email will be titled “Please verify your review”, if that helps you locate it :slight_smile:

Yesterday, I submitted our detailed review of:

Rechargeable Smart Silence Clitoral Suction Stimulator

On submission of our review (which contained both my LH Forum User Name and email address), we didn’t receive the usual LH email “ Please verify your review” that we usually receive within seconds.

I have checked all the folders in my email In-box (including the Spam Folder), but no LH confirmatory email has arrived.

Should we re-submit our review?
