@iano32 Absolutely recommend the rotating tip, combined with finding the right vibration setting, it’s a great sensation. I find that as long as you’re in the right position, there’s no problem with it staying in place, in fact, letting it move around a little as it rotates, massages the perineum nicely at the same time.
