We have bought one of those ring light tripod things and our intention is to take some pictures when we go to the dungeon. We keep meaning to take some pictures but we haven’t gotton round to it yet.

Our suggestion is to make a thing of it - don’t just snap off a couple of photos, set some time aside for it! Have fun
We get a glass of wine each, and turn it into a lead in to some play after. Mrs Belle gets some makeup out and will have a bit of fun applying it, very often wearing either nothing or the bare minimum. Meanwhile Mr Belle will hang some blankets, sheets or sometimes some bits of cloth we bought at a market that look nice over a door, or in a corner.
Then Mrs Belle will put on, or take off whatever it is that she is wanting to be photo’d in and then we… take pictures. Lots of them.
Some always end up better than the rest. It costs nothing to take more other than time.
Get a fan so your hair is blowing, put a mirror somewhere so you don’t look at the camera. Make sure you aren’t standing so the light is behind you, wear heels if you can as it does change the pose. Maybe make the picture black and white. The list is endless but we find a little bit of effort makes a big difference.
Whatever you do, have fun and enjoy the the moment!
