If you Google or do a search for “how many times a month should men orgasm” there are quite a few articles from different well know papers and websites that say 21 times a month has been shown to help reduce the chances of prostate cancer in men.

I have never counted before but as January is quite a long month I’m aiming for 22 this month (21 as a back up) and every time I’ve cumed I’ve added a little discrete line on the calendar day to keep track and count.

I sent my long term wife some screenshots from the main websites and she said “21 that’s a lot!” but she’s on board and willing to try it out.

As always I’ve got her permission to watch porn and go solo by myself and have some me time with my toys, many of watch are anal or prostate related which must surely help with the prostrate health too.

@georgieyeah85 - try keeping count on a calendar, diary or phone tally app hehe!
@VixenV - it might possibly have been a podcast as it was probably quite big news when it first came out a few years ago. @Melody1 - there’s no mention pf prostrate orgasms but guessing they would count / might even be more beneficial to stimulate and empty the gland. @300 - don’t cut down, keep going strong hehe.

@ScorpioDaddy - not sure if I could handle 21 times in a day hehe. Think back in my young hey days most I cumed with a very sexual girl was 5 times in a day. She wanted more too! I will be darned if I can remember what thread I covered this , but the exact number is not so important as just coming somewhat often . In my advanced age three times a day is about my limit . On first honeymoon as a young stud we went at it 13 times . After getting divorced and finding my perfect horny motorcycle riding girlfriend I mentioned to her . To be honest I’d say we get closer to 8-10 a month between solo and couple’s play.
