Until I quit my job, my OH was lucky to get laid twice a year. It took me almost 3 months of not being at or thinking about work for all my waking hours to reset. During that time I was also put onto HRT . I believe that it is the combination of these two events that has released my brain.
Ironically sex releases endorphins that can relieve stress and yet one can be so stressed that they just don’t want it have sex.
